Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Final sale items (e.g., clearance, flash sales) are non-returnable and will be clearly marked on the product page.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, footwear must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (including the original box and all packaging), with no signs of wear, scuffs, or odor.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at [Returns Email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Return Shipping Cost
Customer pays for return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error. If we provide a prepaid label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale / clearance footwear (as noted on product page), and items damaged by the customer (normal wear and tear is not covered).
